I wanted to buy you some chocolate, but I couldn't find any sweet enough.

I wanted to buy you the world, but I'm just not rich enough.

I wanted to tell you how I feel, but I just wasn't loud enough.

I wanted to make you laugh, but I just wasn't funny enough.

I wanted to give you a kiss, but I just wasn't close enough.

I wanted to give you the moon and the stars, but I'm just not tall enough.
