Neutral Thoughts

There is a very famous Buddhist text called the Hsing Hisng Ming. What it says is that the Great way is not difficult for those who do not pick and choose. Look it up on the internet and you can read the whole thing. Its quite wonderful.

In other words our neutral thoughts are very healthy. The moment we start to look at things from one angle or another we start a conflict with thoughts for and against this or that.

I think the secret of true happiness is just be. Be yourself, be kind and love others as you love yourself. Of course you have to learn to love yourself first.

Do not be attached to anything one way or another. Just allow your life to reveal its path to you. It will happen, but don't try too hard don't struugle just be easy on yourself. Accept things as they are.

I can't agree more, Adithia. I do, however, find it quite hard to think neutrally, as we all have our biases due to various variables. Nobody can be completely neutral, not even the smartest and brightest professor out there.

NLP is a good way to train our mind and so is being spiritually in touch with our inner self.

When I'm too internal, I usually find ways to project inner self externally. Like instead of looking at a flower, I be the flower.

Thanks for this inspiring posting.
